- Preparation of replies to show cause notices and appearance before the departmental adjudicating authorities.
- Preparation of letters / replies of various queries arising out of day to day engagements of the tax payers with the tax collectors.
- Preparation of appeals against the orders of departmental adjudication authorities and their defense before the appellate authorities and High Courts.
